Great for monitoring the outside as I have breathing issues

Works well. Download facility is good.

I like the download facility whereby the device shows up in the normal way as an external drive. Clicking into the folder you find a csv file which contains all your back history. The file is appended as time goes by so you can always retrieve back data and choose which date rows you want.
I am unsure how often to run the 3-minute calibration procedure - I have had some moments when the TVOC/methanal readings appear to have become “sticky”.
The CO₂ never shows below 400. I can accept a systematic error (shouldn’t it be 422??) but the system flatlines for hours at 400 in a sealed room. It’s unlikely the room is 400 for so long. This may be an artefact of the sensitivity window the machine has been constructed for. I am happy the device responds in a consistent and usable way for long periods.

Impressed so far

Ordered it because one of the family has COPD and I want to know if PM's are aggravating it in the house. It arrived yesterday, within 24 hrs of ordering. it was well packaged and comes with a sturdy hard plastic carry case. It's bigger, more solid and sturdier than I expected. It's quick to start-up and provides clear readings including the graph mode which shows trends. Battery duration looks good so far too. Surprised to find CO2 levels creeping up above 1000ppm in our living room during the evening. A more professional-looking piece of kit than I was expecting.
